ABOUT EDS/HSD

Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) are multi systemic connective tissue disorders.  Lots of people can be hypermobile without any problems. It is when there are ‘issues with tissues’ that we need to be aware.

HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU

One of the aims of SEDS is to offer support activities to improve physical and mental health for those suffering from EDS hypermobility symptoms, including

pilates, bike riding, acupuncture and hydrotherapy, myofascial massage, equine therapy, craft therapy

HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT SEDS

There are many ways to help support SEDS and out members. It could be as simple as following us on social media, checking out our fundraising page, becoming more aware of EDS/HSD as a provider or by becoming a volunteer
